It’s Friday, and that means it’s time for Happy Hour! Here is a great recipe from one of our shipboard bartenders: Sidecar

Brandy — 3 cl
Cointreau — 1 cl
Lemon Mix — 2 cl

Sugar rim on the glass.

Martini Glass

Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a glass. Enjoy!
